1) Is it required to use thermal paste for cpus that already has thermal paste pre-applied by manufacturer?
2) If I apply this thermal paste to a CPU that already has thermal paster pre applied by manufacturer, then would it cause any issues to the cpu? 31/10/2020

A. You will need to remove the pre applied thermal paste and use this one on it.
