A. If the sticks are identical then you can use them. Also we do not have data on overclocked speeds but if the RAM variants and your M/B model is in the QVL list then you will be able to overclock which is unsafe ofcourse.
Q. Is it dual channel RAM?
A. It can act dual or quad channel if purchased in sets or quadraplets.
Q. 1. Does G.skill have service centres in India? If yes, which vendor handles the RMA Procedure?
2. Which memory configuration shall I got for getting best performance with Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 8GB×4 or 16GB×2?

1. Yes, it's importer provides it;s service.
2. The more the RAM sticks the better the performance.
