Q. Will it work with my Cosair RM1000watt psu?
I have Tomahawk Mobo, CPU 3800x, GPU 6800XT, 16gb Ram, 360mm Liquid Cooler, and Extra RGBs in my system. Benq 24 inch Monitor. Will this UPS give me atlist 5 minutes of backup with all of these, while Gaming. Actually i face some annoying sort time Power Cut in my Area.
A. yes it will backup your system. Time varies as per the usage load but you may get 2-3 mins on average.
Q. I use a Corsair RM850e with i7 13700k and 3060Ti. Will this be able to power my build, and how much backup can I expect with this maybe with 90% capacity?
A. Yes.
Q. Why this ups is so cheap compare to APC equivalent?
A. Depends on the brand value.
Q. 1. If the UPS is found DOA, what's your policy regarding that?? Will I get a replacement, and who will bear the courier charges in that case.
2. How and where to claim the warranty. Could you provide some online link or some contact number of cyberpower warranty team.

1. For heavy weight items like UPS, Monitors, Printers we try to appoint onsite service. Shipping fees will be spent by the customer if the product is out of our policy time frame or found working after we pick it up for testing.
2. You can just call their customer support of whose details you can find by a simple google search.
Q. Will this come with battery or do I have to get another battery
A. UPS generally comes with included battery.
